Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is about restoring and improving mobility, strength, and function throughout the body. Whether recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or enhancing physical performance, we tailor each session to your specific needs. Our hands-on approach not only focuses on immediate rehabilitation but also on teaching you strategies to maintain long-term health and prevent future injuries.

Daniel graduated in 2012 with a degree in Physiotherapy from the Tor Vergata University in Rome.

Having worked both in the hospital and multi-disciplinary clinic environments, Daniel has experience in providing evidence-based rehabilitation for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions (from neurological and orthopaedics to classic neck and back pain).

While in Rome, Daniel has gained experience working as a sports physiotherapist for APD Olympia, a fifth-tier football team.

After moving to the United Kingdom, Daniel graduated in 2018 with a first-class honours Master’s degree in Osteopathy at the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in Maidstone and continues to add to his knowledge through Continuing Professional Development including kinesiology and Sports Taping, western medical acupuncture and global postural re-education with Professor Philippe E. Souchard.

Currently, Daniel is working in three different clinics in Kent (Maidstone, Ashford and Folkestone) and is a Clinical Neurology teacher for the International Department of the ESO.

Outside of work, Daniel is a husband and a busy father of two boys. He keeps himself active with callisthenics, rock climbing, swimming and weight lifting.

Rocco is a Senior Physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Bari (Italy) in 2013 and who has been living and working in the UK since 2015. He is very passionate about his job and he is committed to giving the very best service to his patients.

His work experience ranges from working in private clinics and hospital environments as well at professional football clubs. Rocco worked as a sports physiotherapist (both in Italy and in England) for US Catanzaro in League 1 and Millwall Football Club in the Championship. He is currently working as a Physiotherapist in the NHS and privately with ViVa Health Clinic (Folkestone/Ashford).

He is constantly enriching his experience by attending professional development courses in England and abroad to continuously improve his hands-on treatment techniques. He attended several professional courses such as a “Spine and Peripheral Manipulation Course”. This technique applied to stiff spinal or peripheral joints is the same that often is used by osteopaths and chiropractors.

Thanks to his experience he is well prepared to treat anything that walks through the door using a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques such as deep soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation and exercise therapy. His work philosophy and holistic ethos are of not just treating the symptom but identifying and fixing the source of the pain.

Lucia graduated from the University of Kent with a BSc in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation. She is accredited by BASRaT and is working towards a level 4 PT qualification.

She brings skills in sports, deep tissue and remedial massage, as well as trigger point therapy, passive stretching and exercise rehabilitation.

Lucia has worked with football teams, personal training gyms, clinics and individuals with disabilities such as Parkinson’s.

She believes that functional wellness and fitness are just as important as building muscular strength and massage therapy is one of many key components towards a pain-free life.

Sino is a 3rd-year student in the ESO and qualified as a sports massage therapist in 2022. Currently seeing a variety of patients in the student clinic who have a wide range of musculoskeletal presentation.

During the first year of her osteopathic training, Sino decided to complete a sports massage qualification through ITEC and gained additional skills that have helped the patients in the student clinic. These include deep tissue massage, trigger point, soft tissue, muscle energy techniques and joint articulation that all help with improvement for musculoskeletal presentation.

Previously Sino has worked in retail and the past 3 years in different healthcare roles where she also worked with a range of other healthcare professionals, clients and patients in different healthcare settings. This has allowed her to build rapport and tailor her care and treatment to her patients.

Personally, Sino is a mother of 1 and in her spare time, I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes. Love sports and has been playing netball since the age of 9.
